Shipping
Shipping is free for orders over £75 (including VAT). Some bulky items may be excluded and this will be clearly indicated in the product details.
For all orders below £75 (including VAT) a flat fee of £5.99 will be charged. This covers all of the United Kingdom. Some bulky items may be excluded and this will be clearly indicated in the product details.
Currently The Crewe Orlando Shop can only fulfil orders to the United Kingdom.
Any bladed products, including scissors, will be delivered with Age Verification requirement. This is a legal requirement and ID will be required for successful delivery.
Shipping Partners
We use a range of shipping partners. These include, but are not limited to, Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD, UPS and DHL. We will select the best carrier for your postcode. Notifications may be sent by the carrier. It is recommended you provide a mobile contact number why can be used if notifications are possible.
Delivery
All order processed before 1PM Monday to Thursday and before midday on Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders after these times will dispatch on the next working day. Bank holidays excluded.
Delivery will be made to the address specified when the order is made.
Requested safe spaces: If you have requested for your parcel to be left in a safe space or with a neighbour, we will not be liable or required to take further action in the event this is lost or found to be missing.
Damages or Incomplete Orders
Should you receive your order damaged it is important to make photos of the damaged item in its state of arrival. This will assist in raising the issue with the carrier. Please notify Crewe Orlando Shop immediately, and in any event no later than 24 hours of receipt of any damages. In the event of incomplete or incorrect orders, please notify us so we can rectify the problem.
Late Delivery
Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.
